The Staff Augmentation Process starts with selecting the best candidates for the role and is defined through the following sub-processes:
Candidate Selection
First we look to our bench to find the best candidate for the role.
Do they have the required experience, skills, domain knowledge and are they available? If the answer is "no" we move on to our potential candidates. Our subject matter experts conduct in-depth technical assessments of the candidates’ skills, experience and knowledge.We simplify the candidate selection process for our clients by doing the pre-vetting on their behalf, saving them time, effort and dollars.
Resource Monitoring
We actively monitor the performance of our resources while they are in each placement. Our clients use online tools to confer with us regularly to ensure that our resources are providing the value they expected. We conduct regular performance feedback sessions and review results with our consultants.
Support and Mentoring
We support our resources by pairing them up with the subject matter experts who know the client’s working environment including their standards and IT processes. Mentors are always available 24/7 to
The Project Delivery Process begins with defining the scope of the project and then continues with:
Project Initiation
We begin by assigning a Project Manager, an Architect and/or a Designer. Their job is to work with the client to define the high level scope for the project and the key deliverables on the technology side.
Project Definition
This phase of the project is led by the Business Analysts’ team. Their deliverable is the Business Requirements documentation.
Project Execution
This process finalizes the design and proceeds into the development of the infrastructure and/or code. It is led by the design, development and test teams.
Project Delivery
The application is handed over to the business users. The project is closed and all artefacts and deliverables are handed over to the client for ownership.
Warranty and Support
ObjectWise maintains the application while it is being used including troubleshooting and resolving production issues.
